~ Toolshed 2: Power Tools for Recovery ~

Hey hi hello! Welcome to the second iteration of...

~ The Toolshed ~

I decided to make a new thread, as the first one had errors and phantom pages, and was getting quite long! You can still find all the amazing pics, inspiring quotes, and uplifting messages of the first Toolshed here.

What is the Toolshed? Ain't a place to hang your hammer! Hehe this is a space where we can share the things that have helped us in our recovery. Tools, coping skills, inspiring ideas, and messages of hope and growth, is what this space is all about!!

You can stay connected and up to date on this space by favouriting, or by subscribing to the thread - head to the top of the page, and find the three dots to the right of the thread title (next to the star), click, and from the drop down menu you can 'favourite' or 'subscribe' - and clicking the star itself will also favourite the thread for you.

Favourite threads are then always available in your favourites list which should appear on the right hand side of most forums pages - or you can go to your profile and scroll down to the 'Favourites' section under your recent posts.

If you subscribe, it means that you will get a notification every time someone posts something new in the thread. So up to you if you simply want it to be always accessible, or if you want all the updates, or both!

I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! So without further ado, here's my latest batch!

@ENKELI Hello lovely how are you? Are you having a good day?

That’s great the unit you are doing at the moment is one that you already have experience with. It will make it so much easier for you to get it out of the way. Are you enjoying TAFE?

How is Church? I hope it’s good and that your connections there are loving.

@Flutterbug9 How are you? Not being able to sleep quickly in bed is exhausting. How do you feel going to sleep on the couch? I’m not sure if a sleep study might help? A GP can refer and it’s free in public hospital. Would that be an option?

croquet sounds awesome! I’m so glad you enjoy it!

Yes there’s a huge difference of medical opinion and I’m stuck. All I know is that I am not ready to further reduce the medicine. My body needs more time to adjust to lower dose. 😞

Hello @Cuddlebear Today I went out on the freeway (20 minutes) to see a friend. 😮 I never thought I'd drive on the freeway again (too anxious). I saw my partner off as he's going home after being together for three weeks. It was good to spend time with him. Of course, I think about you! 😊💛

@ENKELI @That’s awesome it’s online! So much better!

Im still a mess. Lots of drama too between psychiatrist and GP who have different opinions. Just getting through minute by minute. Keeping occupied via forums today a little and letting off the steam.
