~ Toolshed 2: Power Tools for Recovery ~

Hey hi hello! Welcome to the second iteration of...

~ The Toolshed ~

I decided to make a new thread, as the first one had errors and phantom pages, and was getting quite long! You can still find all the amazing pics, inspiring quotes, and uplifting messages of the first Toolshed here.

What is the Toolshed? Ain't a place to hang your hammer! Hehe this is a space where we can share the things that have helped us in our recovery. Tools, coping skills, inspiring ideas, and messages of hope and growth, is what this space is all about!!

You can stay connected and up to date on this space by favouriting, or by subscribing to the thread - head to the top of the page, and find the three dots to the right of the thread title (next to the star), click, and from the drop down menu you can 'favourite' or 'subscribe' - and clicking the star itself will also favourite the thread for you.

Favourite threads are then always available in your favourites list which should appear on the right hand side of most forums pages - or you can go to your profile and scroll down to the 'Favourites' section under your recent posts.

If you subscribe, it means that you will get a notification every time someone posts something new in the thread. So up to you if you simply want it to be always accessible, or if you want all the updates, or both!

I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! So without further ado, here's my latest batch!

@MissGremlin Good Morning how are yo today? It is cold here tonight, i'm freezing it here. i slept near 5 hours in my first sleep. That is a long time ago i done that. It feels so rested.

@Cuddlebear

How are you feeling this morning? Have you tried any E.C.T, or T.M.S treatments to combat the emotionless state? i found the E.C.T did really zap me out of the dark places all these years ago. Loosing my memory at the time, even took the heaviest burdens of the trauma memories for some time. Although they came back later, i had moved out of the darkest place by then and never been back.

Hello @DownMoreThanUp sweet, things are pretty tough for me. I'm so glad that you had a decent sleep in your first lot and the you feel rested. Hoping you're able to get toasty and warm and fall back to sleep for a while. Look after yourself ❤️.

Re: ~ Toolshed 2: Power Tools for Recovery ~

Good Morning @MissGremlin @DownMoreThanUp @Taali had a good nights sleep 7 hours not waking up in the middle of the night. Was told to keep an eye on my feet and see GP again. Got diabetes and feet dont heal well. Got a some knee braces that emit healing frequencies. They are a recent invention in the scheme of things. Bought them years ago. These devices are known to help injures and cuts heal faster. I dont have any of these devices for my feet so just wrapped the knee braces around my toes and noticed the warm cozy healing energy as I went to sleep. Just listening to some Rife frequencies for Tinea and will have a shower, rub between my toes with alcohol and put a OTC cream on the doctor recommended from chemist.
