for hubby all I can say is distraction works for me -- Yes I find if the sun is shinning hubby does a lot more , but when it is raining everything stops .

re help with health?-- yes I have found cutting some foods out of the diet has made a difference , and if I don`t overdo it my sciatia does not play up too much

they say the our very wet season is coming soon -- oh no !!!!

Hello all!

I love the rain - the sound of it on my roof. How it cleans everything deeming it fresh and lush. The tranquility of rain is next to nothing (but the sea). I am sitting on a comfy lounge next to my cat and hubby upstairs looking out of what I call "my happy window" - looking straight onto uninterrupted bush and lorikeets (no houses in between). It's raining quite consistently and I am enjoying it's soothing melody. All is good and harmonious at this present moment and I am savouring the peace. Actually I am revelling in it.

Special moments - it's heaven. Wish it could last. Hope all are enjoying their Sunday. x

outside is very hot and it is not even summer yet , after an up and down week , and being busy as well

also visiting yesterday , I am sitting down with a coffee and a tim tam and thinking how lazy I am

Hi all, i'm not well, so i have rested up mostly! the house is a mess and i havent cooked for the week AGH! but my body has been quite clear about it's needs lol. Have watched a movie and snuggled in a blanky mostly. 😄 a good sunday really.
