Hi @Fancy_Pants
Father's day was okay, i was feeling sad and hurt that i couldn't see my dad.
My week was a bit up and down. I rang Lifeline on tuesday and just bawled on the phone. I then emailed Blue Knot Foundation and told them how angry i am at my mum. They emailed back todayh and said someone will call me tomorrow morning to talk through my anger.
Yesterday was busy but nice, therapist session, hair cut, lunch with a friend and dinner with some friends of ours. it was a lovely night.
Today my husband, one son, daughter and her boyfriend and I drove to a national park and walked up and down hills and back (7,000 steps 6km) and just got home. I wasn't going to go but i am so glad i did because it pushed me to walk faster on my own, release some anger and feel the breeze of the ocean water. one side of the park was a beautiful calm bay and the other side was a very rough ocean. it was amazing.
It's strange but as i was walking i kept thinking of this beautiful amazing dream i had the other night of me holding a beautiful baby and the peace and joy i felt. and it's weird but i can sort of feel the joy and happiness in me as i think of this baby. i have to keep this image of my dream and the feeling in me so it can help calm me down.
What have you been up to @Fancy_Pants
