Something’s not right

really struggling

really struggling

im really really struggling and i dont know what to do.

im tired and worn out and purely exhausted and so overwhelmed

ive recently been dagnosed with 4 mental health conditions and insomnia.

im caring for everyone and they still seem to expect more and more but i literally have nothing left to give. im completley worn out! and when i say everyone i mean my pop, my siblings, and my mum. my pop im actually a carer for so that i completelty done mind but why am i the only one making an effort elsewhere.

i literally have no friends, the only family i have are the above meantioned and i know its the not the end all but it would be nice it have just little bit of support as at the moment i literraly have nothing.

im working as both a carer and i also like a pet sitter but i only do horses. so in general i rug feed, treat wounds if neccessary ride, clean paddocks etc while people are on holidays only kind of busy trhough easter xmas and other special occasions. as well as cring for my own horses

i feel sick all the time, i shake like a leaf and im having trouble controllling anything and everything. i just cant handle it. its too much and i do know what to do about it

Re: really struggling

what a rough day!

starting to wonder if anything is going to go right with me. it always seems to one thing after another.

i feel like hiding away and just never coming back out

im starting to wonder if being alive is worth it.

Hi there @Former-Member,

I don't think we've officially "met" before on the forums.. I'm one of the moderators 🙂 it's nice to "meet" you.

I'm so sorry to hear you've had a bad day.. do you want to talk about it? Must be pretty awful to be thinking about whether its worth being alive anymore. Are you safe right now?

Thinking of you.

hi @Former-Member

i never seem to have a good day thats the problem!

everyday its something else piling up on top of each other and unfortunateley most of it will stat with me forever.

its diagnosis after diagnosis. go get this checked or that checked and everytime something else comes along and bam another condition, mt medical recor must be so big just after this year and late last year.

Re: really struggling

Yeah I can completely understand that you're sick of the back and forth... if you're having to have one referral after another, one recommendation after another, this ones opinion, that ones opinion. It's so hard trying to get consistent support/answers/feedback in terms of health. It almost sounds like you need a break from health professionals in general to just be yourself?! Inevitably when life feels like its getting on top of us everything seems to happen at once. I really hope things reach a turning point for you soon.

Are you doing anything kind for yourself tonight or tomorrow for self-care @Former-Member?

Re: really struggling

well @Former-Member

in the past 8 months ive been to a chiropractor with continued treatment and was diagnosed with a hip that will never be full right, neck and back degeneration already, a disk in my neck that slighlty bulges, and the top of my neck likes to roate so doesnt sit properly.

ive been to the gp psychologist and psychiatrist which have diagnosed me with severe ptsd, severe gad, social phobia, severe depression and insomnia.

ive been to a physiotherapist for an old ankle injury decided to gice this up but i went a few times

now i go to an osteopath for both my ankle anjury and my neck as i was starting to find the chiro was making matters worse still continued treatment

now ive got to see a podiatrist for my foot and i continue to see them

i also have a naturopath who deals with sleep and supliments. i continue to see them

ive also got a nutritionist so i could get balanced diet and continue to see her

then i have my gp who i have to see every week

Re: really struggling

oh and @Former-Member i forgot a few

ive also got my massage therapist wh if i dont use then my muscles get extremley tight and i get migraines

ive also been alerted later in life i could end up with liver/kidney issues and end up with gall stones as well. so i now have to be mindful of that.

ive also been to the optomestrist today and got few tests done. i need glasses for most of the time and with my family history could end up with cateracts or glaucoma
