I know its getting late on the east coast, but seeing if anyone is up for a chat?
Didn't really want to gate-crash people's existing chat threads.
Nothing specific. Just feeling lonely after feeling a few blows today. Just one of those days to roll with the punches until you can progress the issue at hand.
Its ok if no one is up for a chat. Thats the nature of a forum. But I wont know if I dont ask.

Good morning @heartathome, my sleep wasn't ideal last night. Hope you got a good sleep. My plans for the day are becoming one with my lounge, lots of rest is needed for me. Meeting up for a barbecue sounds lovely, hope you have a great time with everyone 🙂

good morning @heartathome @RebelliousAngel i just finished breakfast, lovely day outside.
slept ok
day will be normal routine of staying on edge of bed with laptop in front, pooky behind if not trying get in lap with intermittent periods of looking out my bedroom window and using the movement of the jacaranda across the way and stillness of the mountains to ground myself if thoughts start getting away on me. thats my every day till night time then walk the pookinator andin the safe and silent night.

maybe the lounge will provide you with some catch up zzzzs 😊

Good morning @REDLINEZ750, glad you slept ok. Sounds like you have your day planned out staying on the comfort of your bed with your pooky. Your outside view sounds very serene and perfect for when thoughts start getting away from you. Hope it's a lovely day for you and you enjoy the walk later tonight 🙂.
I got a little sleep but will be aiming for more while I'm becoming one with my lounge today 🤣. I do have animals but I'm not able to say on here as I need to make sure I can't be identified.

@RebelliousAngel oh yes sorry i remember you mentioning that and much respected, i hope they give you a lot of attention and make you feel as valuable as you. in my defence if they are tarantula or boa constrictor scorpion sorta pets i wasnt to know 😁
thats my everyday unless i have psychiatrist or chologist appt, if somehow i trigger here i cant cause much trouble and the mountain + pooky are sources of light in the darkest storms of chaos

@REDLINEZ750 there's a variety of animals, some cuddly others not so cuddly 🤣. But they all provide me some sort of comfort and companionship 🩵.

@RebelliousAngel thats a given, finding SANE has been a blessing it really has, i dont have any facebook or instergram or tinder stuff so only outlet really was my writing or journalling but journalling turned out to be untrustable which meant things were getting real loud i found podcasts on you tube and on there i heard SANE ceo and she explained what SANE was i thoght thats interesting had a squizzy and its nice to only be seen for my mind, people accept my mind without the presence of its housing 🌪 😁
(i try not to run away with posts but as you know i dont always succedeed)
