I am on the east coast timezone @Till23. usually I would try to be going to sleep now. But I know that wont happen and I'll just be stewing.

The upside of time zones can also be that people in west coast wont be going to sleep yet 😅.

Frustraiting day emotionally with unfair/injustice. I will follow up on it to request their reasoning, but until I can have that discussion with the powers that be, I feel very much that I dont have a voice and they have all the power. Ive been waiting for 2 years for my questions to be answered and I get no answer about them.

Yes @AlwaysMyself I've been going to bed early the last few days because I have been feeling a bit cold and incredibly tired

But I went to an online thing where Bessel van der Kolk (Author of The Body Keeps The Score) spoke. It was very interesting, I find him quite good.

I don’t tend to wind down til 10-11pm. I used to be even more of an owl…finding best to settle one’s own energy is key….it can be really hard with things outside of our control.

I do all sorts of things to manage distress energy…

Oh it has been so cold some of the days lately @Till23 I agree! Saturday morning was a very cold wind where I am, and on Tuesday I think it was there was ice on the car windscreen again!

And yes, a work issue. Who doesn't love poorly worded enterprise agreements that are ambiguous and written for a select situation without actually referencing that situation intent?

Yes @Appleblossom I was never in bed before 11 or even midnight until very recently. I suppose since I retired I have a bit more time to do stuff before the evening, in which I previously had to fit in a lot, because had work the next day.
