I know its getting late on the east coast, but seeing if anyone is up for a chat?
Didn't really want to gate-crash people's existing chat threads.
Nothing specific. Just feeling lonely after feeling a few blows today. Just one of those days to roll with the punches until you can progress the issue at hand.
Its ok if no one is up for a chat. Thats the nature of a forum. But I wont know if I dont ask.

on you tube its called detachment from overthinking by michael sealey, to stop rumenation cycles of the numerous times i use it only heard the end twice i found by accident years back
other people all agree it helps and he has right voice for it.
if your near your phone and able find it it will help you rest if not sleep ,just play and listen

A few of us are meeting for a barbeque as the local mental health hub is closed today. They usually have a barbeque on a Fridays so we're meeting up without them. I need to get into the shower!
