Oh, that is a very frustraiting and disappointing experience @REDLINEZ750 !! I had a similar circular loop experience a year ago where Service A did an interview assessment and referred me to Service B. So Service B did an interview assessment and referred me to Service A! They didnt take in the background detail that I made an appt with them at the recommendation of Service A who didnt have anything suitable lol. I was pretty annoyed, but was able to keep an even tone and explain to the unlucky person delivering me the "recommendations from the assessment" that I felt very frustrated and upset because I had said in the booking *and* interview that I was referred from Service A, and felt that I wasnt being heard properly if they were giving Service A as the recommended service to contact. They took it on board and agreed to re-discuss with the team for an alternative suggestion instead. But it was only because I was able to calmly assert myself that I got that outcome. I felt simultaneously like hanging up in anger or yelling about how I felt because I was so desperate to find support -- thankfully i did neither extreme response, but took a few breaths first.
I wonder whether planning what you would like to express and the circular-service-loop experience would be helpful for you?
I wonder if the two services could even organise a phone call between themselves to see if/what they jointly think can be provided to support you best? 🤔 rather than just passing the hot potato between them.
I slept ok. About average for me. 🙂
I improved my gnome beard colouring a little more this morning. Now I have to repaint the surrounding areas lol due to the flecks of grey.
