Mixed feelings-might be getting another diagnosis (ED)
I have multiple mental illnesses including Bipolar 2, cptsd, OCD, social anxiety. I’m also neurodivergent, ADHD and ASD. I already have tons of labels and a lot going on. I’m getting assessed for an ED on Monday during my psych appointment, I reckon I meet criteria so I am anticipating another diagnosis. I know it explains my how I’ve been feeling but it’s another label, I hate feeling so broken and feeling like I’m complicated. I know my disordered eating habits are adversely affecting my mental and physical health, I’ve just been in denial for so long and would also get defensive when people commented on my eating habits or asked about them.

Sounds like things are all happening!! Hopefully helps you to process and work through some stuff, and get you feeling healthier too! Working on my diet atm too, it's not easy!

@Jynx infection has cleared. Mind has been racing today, can’t stop thinking about what I don’t want to think about. I’m getting through it, thinking of taking a walk

@creative_writer walk sounds like a good option! Tho walking sometimes gives my mind a LOT of free space for many a-though, so sometimes I will take a 'mindful' walk - where I try to spot as many flowers or dogs or funny little thingamabobs as I can find. That way I am more present and in-the-world!

@Jynx I may have overdone it, but couldn’t help it. I feel like I need to exercise enough everyday. I saw two little tinny fluffballs. One was loafing like a real fluffy ball, other was hiding under the car. Kitties will always be kitties.

@Jynx too much exercise anxiety. Also got the allergy sniffles, it’s not as bad this time, probably was a viral infection last week. I’m doing okay relatively compared to the other day. Couldn’t sleep well, so super wired. I’m leaving the house rn, my family is having dinner. Already ate my dinner at home. I’ve got my earplugs (I can still hear conversations) and glasses on. I am sort of feeling at loss rn. I’ve lost my granny recently. I’m also feeling loss over past trauma, still having flashbacks.
They were not the type of cats that would let you touch them. Cats are usually naturally shy. Even little Jasmin who the neighbours own doesn’t want us touching her. She will meow and half slow blink, but she is like no touchy

Yeah the friendly street cats are like unicorns hey, soooo rare 😍 Even just getting a slow blink is amazing!! Means they trust you 😸

@Jynx I need sleep. My mind is overactive, probably too much adrenaline in the system. Maybe nothing can take the pain away, but I’m just hoping it gets easier. I’m at the stage that I’ve gotten used to living with the chaos.
Kitty is so cute 💖. Not sure which kitty I would choose, I need a kitty who is adorable inside and out. This is little Jazzie

@Jynx she is still pretty small, but she is bigger than she used to be. Would love to see Trixie and Razz.
I didn’t actually sleep well last night, the insomnia fairies paid me a visit. Not great for my mental health or migraines. I hope you were able to rest up last night 💖
