Mixed feelings-might be getting another diagnosis (ED)

I have multiple mental illnesses including Bipolar 2, cptsd, OCD, social anxiety. I’m also neurodivergent, ADHD and ASD. I already have tons of labels and a lot going on. I’m getting assessed for an ED on Monday during my psych appointment, I reckon I meet criteria so I am anticipating another diagnosis. I know it explains my how I’ve been feeling but it’s another label, I hate feeling so broken and feeling like I’m complicated. I know my disordered eating habits are adversely affecting my mental and physical health, I’ve just been in denial for so long and would also get defensive when people commented on my eating habits or asked about them.

Glad you had some time out today, but yes! It's super hot! Then on Tues, I've heard it might get to 45-48 degrees.. not looking forward to it. @creative_writer

And no, I didn't know you have postural sensitivities. So does that mean you have to take a lot of extra care in maintaining a balanced feeling? I don't know much about it, but interested to know how it impacts you.

Did I get up to much today? No really. After I logged off last night, I had a terrible migraine and I couldn't sleep. So today, I rested up. It's hot though. Need to stay hydrated.

Fancy getting flooring done today! Too hot! What flooring are you getting? The latest IN flooring is epoxy flooring, even indoors. I'd like to get my driveway epoxy'd, but it's expensive.

I had a terrible migraine and I couldn't sleep, ohh no @tyme , hope you are ok

@tyme we went shopping for flooring and ACs. Nothing is set in stone yet, we didn’t buy anything today.

I often get lightheaded after standing up. At one point I would temporarily lose my eyesight, but that went away after decreasing dosage of one of my meds. The med dose was too high anyways. I would disassociate everyday on the higher dose. It also felt too sedating.

I hope you are feeling better today and not too wiped out 💖

@Shaz51 migraines wipe me out too. I’m so prone to them

I never have carpet. If I get a new house, the first thing out is carpet, even if it's brand new.

What flooring are you thinking of getting?

@tyme not ideal weather to change flooring. We were thinking of changing from carpet to vinyl. It’s way easier to clean. We all have allergies

Fair enough. Same here. I just can't imagine all the bacteria and germs hiding in carpet all those years. It's irks me @creative_writer

@tyme carpets can get super gross. It’s also hard to get stains out of carpets.

I do have concern with mold. They say mold is super bad for allergies, gut health, mental and physical health. That also reminds me we might need to get our windows professionally cleaned.

Trying to do some self care this evening. Feeling really wiped out emotionally and physically. I think the heat doesn’t help. I’m just resting up, my head feels heavy, probably the heat . It’s hard being in conflict with thoughts, one side of brain says something and the other side of brain say something else.

Yes! And I always thought mold could be killed with bleach. I heard it doesn't anymore. It only bleaches the colour.

I listened on the radio to the person who wrote Spotless. She said you use oil of clove to kill mould @creative_writer

@tyme I haven’t heard of oil of clove. I’ve heard about ACV having cleaning and antiseptic properties. Though I wouldn’t want ACV scented carpet
