Recovering from a psychotic episode at the moment.

Recovering from a psychotic episode at the moment.

Friday, the week before last, the voices in my head began taking over and soon after that i lost touch with my reality off and on until later Tuesday morning.Thank God i did nothing stupid, nor did i damage my relationship with my wife, as has happened in times past when psychotic.

Since late Tuesday morning no more voices, so that is good, but i'm so very tired and still not able to sleep. The problem i'm paranoid to drug myself out, because sleepers often don't work when i'm like this, and then i still wont be able to sleep, but will feel absolutely horrible from the sleepers confusing and clouding my mind, still running non stop anyhow. So when i take sleepers when in this state i run the real risk of making things worse rather helping me get some rest.

Hey 3am

Currently i'm having real problems sleeping as my mind wont stop!!!😪 i know from past psychotic times, i best let the mental energy flow run its natural course as much as possible, until my mind calms down enough to get more sleep.

Anyone else runs in these problems?

@Appleblossom Yes i fully agree! It is about fighting the lovelessness ruling life, first we let The Truth of our Creatror expose the loveless lies tormenting us within our hearts, and liberated Good Life takes us by the hand to challenge were else such lies rule their misery around.

Truly i hate The Wicked!

Those bloody spirits who left their places as messengers from Good Life down here and became messengers ruling bad life's misery all over our beautiful world/life down here.

Good Life suffers in us and for us, for only Good Life overcomes Bad Life

@rav3n Thanks for calling by. i have had a pretty downish week, with a lot of nausea and some anxiety but i think i'm staying on top nevertheless.

It can be hard waiting for good life to return when it doesn't, or only for a little while. Hopefully i learn one day not to get frustrated with where i have to be at times, but understand the purpose when i'm where i am. For this is far from always clear to me. Yet i believe nothing is for nothing.

Can be hard believing that when i'm hard down deep.

Some win the battle enough to write a book. My elusive dream so far.

@DownMoreThanUp sorry to hear it's been a downish week. it's not always easy holding onto the hope that things will get better, especially when we're sitting in the dark. but i can see you fighting to see it, and i love that you've found ways to remind yourself that things will improve - like the inspiring book and author you've shared! i hope that things get brighter for you this weekend 💙

@rav3n Thank you getting back to me. It has been hard at times but still in charge. Not so much nausea since i found more good supplements to treat it with. Yesterday my mood became rather elevated. i woke up at 3am pretty well psychotic and have been hearing voices and struggling with not letting me again think i need to take control of all that.

Jesus will take care of those evildoers. It is not my concern. But then in my paranoid personality, when psychosis comes, i can freak my reality at times. Those voices and hallucination seems so 'spooky' hearing them direct so much dark energy at me. That my heart can literally skip a few beats living those moments.

Hanging on. Tying not to get dragged away but hold onto reality as it really is. The Sun is shinning, the birds are singing. The mother duck lost many of her duckling, some have still, survived. Mother geese has not lost not lost any of her 10 goslings yet. The other mother goose has laid new eggs and made a new nest. i saw 4 eggs in her nest this morning. So maybe we get some more.

And although the Genua fowl did make a nest, the female abandon it. Just like she did last year as well. However i noticed that her calls have ceased for a few days already, so we assume she has made a new one. i want to have a search still. Fowl hide their nests well. Last year it took us a few days to find her, we cannot disturb her for she will leave it then.

See what i mean? Me trying to hold onto reality is far better than listening to the voices lying to me. Can be a bit of a hassle, just as the author of this songs knows as well.

hey @DownMoreThanUp it's nice to hear from you!

sucks to hear that the voices have sounded 'spooky', and that too, it's during the spookiest month of the year 🙃 i do hope that they quieten down and get lighter instead.

aww 10 goslings!! glad they've all survived so far. you have a fair bit of animals around hey, what others ones do you watch over?

Re: Recovering from a psychotic episode at the moment.

@rav3n Good to hear from you. My wife does most of the looking after, but i fill in whenever she needs help. She works Tuesdays and Fridays so then i take care of the animals or whenever else we need to do something with them.

i usually help out when things go wrong, otherwise my wife is very capable. She is the one who got into them all. i like a few hens but we have scores of them. All different kinds mixed up. The Guiana fowl are beautiful looking birds, but can be noisy as. Especially the females before, and during, mating time. Not my cup of tea really. i like fish, and running water, ponds, nice gardens with herbs i can use for my cooking, for that i love to do. Make nice meals.

Yes spooky month, not sure if such 'nice spooks' have anything to do with my spooks, my spooks are after always my life. And only ever intend my harm.

However i have had no more voices, or hallucinations since i wrote last. And dare hope i'm calming down. 😀

i hope i can post this for i love this man. His testimony is very much like mine. Things are so very much better than they used to be. Suicide is now not often an option, dying dealing with myself harmfully, that is what is dying instead. So happy about that.😊

@DownMoreThanUp i see, sounds like your wife does a great job of looking after those animals!

my mum loves birds and she's always wanted to take care of some but i always said no cos i can't stand the sound for too long, i end up getting a headache 😅 a nice fish pond sounds peaceful!

fingers crossed the voices/hallucinations lay low for longer!! hoping tonight is a calm one for you.

thanks for sharing that clip, one his lines really stuck out to me: "suicide eliminates the possibility that things could ever get worse but it also eliminates the possibility that things could ever get better". things can and will get better 💙

@rav3n i haven't done too badly since the voices. Still struggling with anxiety at times, but have been able to ignore it most of the time.

Fixed my filter today. A massive improvement so that was good.

i'm feeling a lot better today. So happy that the anxiety and the voices have now ceased again. Now moving forward and away from where i have been. Going shopping after and see if we can buy a computer for our Down Syndrome daughter. And then put our family photos, along with her favourite music on it, so she can watch them in her room when she needs time out.

i wrote a Script for her to automate the process for her, so she can choose between a slideshow and listening to her music or her choose and watch her favourite movies.

Feeling so much better even though my sleep was really poor last night (barely 4.5 hours over 2 sleeps) yesterday i made a full night sleep in hours (8 hours over 3 sleeps) so that might be why last night was so poor.

Have a great day. And thanks everyone for standing by me through this ordeal.
