I plan to watch tv while I do it. I might put some of the big world’s cycling races on the telly on SBS on demand while I do it. I need to decide how often I want to try and use it.

@DogMan79 sorry your new GP is not great. I've had mine for about 25 years now and am dreading when he retires. I've seen one of his partners but I don't feel as comfortable with the partner. Hopefully your GP will improve.
I am doing my cycle to Danger Zone. Pat Benatars' All Fired Up is another good one for me. I might do a Cycle List of songs too.
I love Melbourne. If I didn't have my mum still here in Perth I'd definitely consider moving. And I too hope your depression will soon lift 🫂

I took a break for 2 days but got back on the bike...so to speak. I am going slower now though, so I don't hurt myself again. I went in guns ablazing the first and second nights so no wonder I hurt myself.

Day 6 Tour de Aus,
I am a bit late doing my cycling today as I had Tafe and then I went to buy a new backpack and met a friend for a short walk. I am a bit worn out now lol. I just finished my little stint on the mini-cycle!

It’s boring black. I bought it for function, I needed a new backpack for Tafe. One that had a laptop compartment. I got sick of carrying a small backpack and my computer bag separately. It’s a pretty nice backpack with lots of zip up sections and even has a rain cover. It’s High Sierra.

Ooh fantastic! Black matches everything! (I wore all black as a teen, and that's what I'd say if someone commented about it 😉)
It does sound very fit for purpose of tafe @Oaktree 😊 good pick! I love little compartments to hold keys, usbs, pens, etc too 🙂 and padding for laptops. A rain cover is genius! Good to have on a backpack! I've only seen them on my hiking pack and my camera-backpack, but not a normal backpack! But I think high sierra do some hiking type bags too so that makes sense.
