Tillogram

Hi All

@tyme @AuntGlow @Jynx @rav3n @MJG017 @NightFury @Shaz51 @MissGremlin @Appleblossom @Dimity and many others I have accidentally forgotten to tag

Just letting people know I am back safely from my trip.

I had a great trip, my sport event was brilliant and then I travelled a little bit.

Not sure how much engagement I will have with forums as only just returned to this cold weather!

I'm not sure what's been happening, but I hope everyone is well.

Happy to talk about it a bit more with you tomorrow @Shaz51 - if you want to. No pressure of course 💜

Re: Tillogram

I am keen to be involved in this chat @Jynx @Shaz51 @Till23

Thanks for bringing the topic up @Shaz51 and sharing, when I was reading what you wrote, I also feel like I may not go perhaps beyond often surface level with many, with what’s happening for me but it’s sometimes on the tip of my tongue. Always been pretty good engaging and talking through in depth with others though.

It’s something I’d like to learn, probably just never been taught that skill really. I find it interesting as I do that in life too not just the forum 😊 (I was just thinking of a reply so sorry about delayed response to ya!)

Re: Tillogram

Shall we make a new thread @Shaz51 ? Or I can check in over on your one day at a time thread? Up to you 😉

Re: Tillogram

Hello lovely @Till23!

So sorry for my delay and thank you for waiting. How are you?

Oh of course, silly me. haha I hope you have been safe where you are?

I think coming back to the root cause can be helpful... what could that look like for you right now?

That is really lovely, it sounds like connection and being there for others is a recurring sense of purpose for you?

It also sounds like next year is already looking quite bountiful for you! 🤩

I can understand that feeling though... that you've achieved so much, things are looking hopeful, but there's still that niggling voice of discontent or discomfort... I wonder if it would be helpful to notice when those thoughts come up and say, "I recognise this neural pathway is really strong, but I am going to consciously work on strethening my gratitude/positive pathway by acknowledging this win and sitting with how that feels." Perhaps this could illuminate what your other parts might need to allow that feeling to take hold as well? Let me know your thoughts on this. 🫶

Re: Tillogram

I am so glad that Jynx has been helpful, they help me too. @Till23 💛

I would love to catch up, are there any specific posts you'd like me to read?

I definitely want to be there for you, especially if things have shifted for you. Big hugs.

Re: Tillogram

I agree @AuntGlow there are some really lovely and helpful people here.

I am deleting a lot of the non-small talk content in my posts. I think I've written too much.

I sometimes/often write too much, I know it's a public forum but sometimes I probably forget a bit
