Tillogram

Hi All

@tyme @AuntGlow @Jynx @rav3n @MJG017 @NightFury @Shaz51 @MissGremlin @Appleblossom @Dimity and many others I have accidentally forgotten to tag

Just letting people know I am back safely from my trip.

I had a great trip, my sport event was brilliant and then I travelled a little bit.

Not sure how much engagement I will have with forums as only just returned to this cold weather!

I'm not sure what's been happening, but I hope everyone is well.

Re: Tillogram

That's okay! @Till23 💛

I can understand finding trust hard... I am curious to know what has made connection and trust easier for you in the past?

You gotta let me compliment you every now and then, please! hehe I know that you don't always see your achievements as achievements, but they truly are. 🥰

Your contributions to your community must mean so much to the people you support and inspire. Knowing that healing is possible would be incredibly powerful to witness and hear.

Thank you, the show went really well, and it was a lot of fun - it definitely put me in that 'stretch' zone, so it was quite vulnerable, but also allowed me to challenge myself and my capacity - which is a positive!

What have you been up to?

Re: Tillogram

Thanks so much @Till23 for your encouragement and support.

As I've always said, I really feel inspired by your story and what you've achieved. Good on your for getting out and training most days! Wow. All the best with it. Is there a high chance of injury with your sport? Please look after yourself.

As for the forums, yes, they have come a long way. It's 11 years running now and it started with just a few people. I never want the forums to lose that sense of community. I think it is such a powerful community.

We just sit back and hold tight for whatever the changes will be.

Speak soon, tyme

Re: Tillogram

Hi @tyme and @AuntGlow and thank you both for your posts..

I really haven't been on the forums at all really,, sometimes I stop by and see what people have written occasionally,, especially the ones I have sort of got to know in this virtual space,, but that's all really..

Anyhow, you both posted so I am responding, but this will probably be my last post.

There is no need to respond,, as by the time you read this I'll be gone.

I just felt I had to write something to finalise things.

tyme, I do not feel as though I achieved anything more than anybody else, and a lot less than many/most people. I am not an inspirational person.

Hopefully the forums will continue to be a supportive space for people and you are satisfied and fulfilled in your role..

AuntGlow, I think I have some achievements, but they are basic and common things like studying and working.

I don't do any work or anything that shows that healing is possible. I do not feel that way for myself.

Anyhow, I wish both of you all the best. Thank you for trying to engage me and continuing to do so. I should not have been taking up so much of your precious time up until now, and so it's best for me to no longer post and waste resources further.

You both do a great job and are well respected on the forums. I hope you both continue to enjoy your jobs, hobbies and those you feel close to

All the best

Re: Tillogram

Thank you for your response @Till23 💛

I know you mentioned that you may not return to the forums, so I will keep my message short, but please know we appreciate you very much!

Despite what you may feel constiutes as achievements or not, we absolutely see your inherent value and the contributions you have so selflessly shared with your community.

You have been through so much, and yet, you continue to show up for yourself and others, which is no small feat (even if it feels ordinary in the moment).

We are endlessly proud of you and we have been very privileged to have you as part of our community - you will always be welcomed back with open arms.

There is no pressure to reply to all that we have discussed, but I would like to know if you are feeling and able to stay safe right now? 🥰

Re: Tillogram

Hi @Till23 ,

Please don't feel you are 'wasting resources'. I hope you are okay. Your post is concerning.

As much as you don't feel you have accomplised much, in my eyes, I feel your story is so inspirational.

I respect the decision you have made to take time away from the forums, but please know, we would love to hear from you when you feel ready and able. Even to pop in from time to time with a little update?

PLEASE reach out if you need anything. You deserve the best.

Re: Tillogram

I know you are forum-gone and who knows what else, but I still wanted to honour my connection with you by posting a goodbye-until-we-meet-again. I hope that is OK @Till23 . You dont have to read or respond, but of course that is your genuine option to.

It breaks my heart that your experience of life has been so similar to mine in many ways (of course not all - but in the way we have responded to live and suffered through mental health impacts due to our differences). I would never wish this upon anyone, and I feel it with deep empathy for you.

I have been blessed to meet you through the forum and I'm glad I have. I have appreciated being able to share with you, provide peer support at times, and be supported by you at times. I won't forget you - and that's for positive reasons. You are a kind, sensitive soul; I wish the world had more like you.

Hi @tyme @AuntGlow @Shaz51 @AlwaysMyself,, thank you all for your messages.. I hope you are all going well with your various activities.. Thanks for taking up your precious time to respond to my post..

Shaz,, I am sorry to hear you have discovered you have some heart anomalies, hopefully the mitral valve prolapse is only mild and does not cause you too much of a problem. Although you've always has the bicuspid aortic valve I hope it does not start to cause any problems. I hope these things don't delay your AV fistula for dialysis.

I wish all of you all the best.. Please do not worry about responding, my time has come to sign out completely
