Hi @AuntGlow and thank you very much for checking in.
I just saw the weather forecast on the news and it's looking to be rainy and chilly here for the next week. I don't mind the rain, within reason, but not as happy about the cold.
Yes, house hunting seems to be a real problem these days. I am so thankful I have this place I live in, well mainly the bank has it, but you know.
I am also lucky I don't have asthma either, however I do take some similar medications for my weird immune/inflammatory disease, which mainly affects my lungs. And to a varying amount in nearly all other parts of my body! but it's not too bad.
I had a session with psych today, so I was glad to have @tyme to chat to a little bit last night (although I am mindful, how busy you PSWs are).
Yes, I very often use physical activity to try and help anxiety especially, but also other symptoms of depression and PTSD and also I just always seem to have something I need to do!
I do not have an eating disorder or body dysmorphic disorder, probably because I really don't acknowledge my body, which is good and bad, I suppose, as I sometimes injure myself without realising I have until I see blood on something or I see a bruise.
I've been hypervigilant for the last 50 years, so am kind of used to it.
