Just letting people know I am back safely from my trip.
I had a great trip, my sport event was brilliant and then I travelled a little bit.
Not sure how much engagement I will have with forums as only just returned to this cold weather!
I'm not sure what's been happening, but I hope everyone is well.

Thanks @Zoe7 I appreciate you sharing a bit of your story. I actually find people very interesting and how they negotiate challenges is of course quite interesting as I may find some gems in there for myself.

Yes I agree @Shaz51 @Zoe7 and I was also fortunate to have 'met' Shaz quite early in my 6 months here. I feel I have made some good connections and I would miss those.

Also I have to say I don't get many hugs (none in real life, well I got 3 when I told people I had cancer) so your virtual hugs are appreciated

Good evening @Till23, my heart is with you tonight - I see how heavily this is all weighing on you and I want you to know it's perfectly valid. All of this is a lot to go through and experiencing a lot of triggers at once truly does flood the nervous system. I can only imagine how heightened thigs must be feeling...
