Tillogram

Hi All

@tyme @AuntGlow @Jynx @rav3n @MJG017 @NightFury @Shaz51 @MissGremlin @Appleblossom @Dimity and many others I have accidentally forgotten to tag

Just letting people know I am back safely from my trip.

I had a great trip, my sport event was brilliant and then I travelled a little bit.

Not sure how much engagement I will have with forums as only just returned to this cold weather!

I'm not sure what's been happening, but I hope everyone is well.

Re: Tillogram

@Till23 I have just read your post above to @Jynx and am very sorry you got that response on the other thread. I can not see any problem at all with your response as it is your own views and opinions on something that we all know is broken in the world of MH. Please do not think you are alone here Hon ...we are with you and here for you. I personally have loved our recent conversations on this thread. I do understand such posts would hurt but you are not alone. Sending a big squishy hug your way ❤️

Re: Tillogram

Hello lovely @Till23!

Thank you so much for checking in and letting us know where you're at. I can understand just how triggering and distressing this experience was for you, and I want to validate that how you are feeling makes sense. There's so much going on for you right now, and I am sure this was a lot to try and process on top of all that.

I have messaged you both on that specific thread and I have sent you an email too, so please feel free to respond whenever you are ready. 💛

I know it doesn't feel this way right now, but your presence here is invaluable to us - we want you to feel safe and welcomed here, always. Speaking of safety, can I check-in with how you are feeling tonight? I am little worried about some of the things you have shared, and I want to be of as much support as possible.

Talk soon. ☺️

Re: Tillogram

Thank you @Zoe7 for reaching out.

I have also enjoyed our chats recently and sorry I didn't reply to your previous ones about TV shows. Unfortunately it was at the time I was dealing (mentally) with the other post.

Tears are streaming down my face as I read your post. I felt a bit validated because right now I feel very lost, it has added to my general feeling of Not Good Enough (in fact, I had a whole thread on Not Good Enough)

So thanks so much for your post to me

Re: Tillogram

We are not too disimilar @Till23 I also work fulltime with juggling depression, anxiety and cPTSD. Some days are really tough and others I can find a little joy in. I am fortunate to teach young kids (grade 1) and love my job so seeing their smiley little faces each morning lifts me up.

I can also relate to that feeling of 'not good enough' but have worked on that over the last few years and now have times when that is not the case. It is a hard place to sit but I can tell you that you are ABSOLUTELY good enough. I have enjoyed getting to know you a little today and hope that will continue.

Not being able to trust what you think or feel is also very, very hard, particularly if your supports have 'given up'. That just shows me that you do not have the right supports, not that it is your fault at all. Unfortunately some supports are not beneficial (and that is their fault not yours). I don't know a lot of your story so I will ask - have you considered the Guided Service here at SANE? I found the counsellor I had to be amazing. I know that will not 'solve' all your problems but it might be somewhere to start to gain a little extra support right now.

I find it so interesting how members are drawn to each other @Zoe7. @Till23 , @Jynx , @AuntGlow

Re: Tillogram

It is @Shaz51 I think the nature of these forums, with so many different members with so many different lives, do find their way to 'like' people. I know you and I have been sisters on here for many, many years and would not change that for the world ❤️ Sometimes we find our way to one another through adversity but that does not make those connections any less real or valuable ...so glad I have come across @Till23 ...feel very connected in such a short space of time and that is a testament to you @Till23 🥰

Re: Tillogram

Hi @AuntGlow and thanks for your post.

I saw your post on the other thread, but I do not think I can respond over there. I think it's best to just leave that at the last post I made there.

I have received your email as well, thank you.

It is highly likely once my neurotransmitters settle down a bit I will feel I can still put one foot in front of the other.

At the moment I cannot accept that my presence on forums is invaluable. I do feel I owe replies to some people and right now feel I should reply to a post in Yarning Space.

Sorry @Shaz51 and @NightFury I'm not "allowed" to support posts, but thank you for your posts
