Tillogram

Hi All

@tyme @AuntGlow @Jynx @rav3n @MJG017 @NightFury @Shaz51 @MissGremlin @Appleblossom @Dimity and many others I have accidentally forgotten to tag

Just letting people know I am back safely from my trip.

I had a great trip, my sport event was brilliant and then I travelled a little bit.

Not sure how much engagement I will have with forums as only just returned to this cold weather!

I'm not sure what's been happening, but I hope everyone is well.

Re: Tillogram

argh.... @Till23

So frustrating with this error thing. It's hard to capture the moment it happens because we never know when it happens!

Thanks for letting me know though. I'll follow up again.

I'm here if you need an ear.

Re: Tillogram

I got the 403 Forbidden thing fairly often lately,, in the times I've been on @tyme.. Although I really haven't been on.. Sometimes I get it trying to logon.. I know people are working on it,, so I'm not worrying about it.. It's not really an issue for me.. I'm winding up now anyhow..

Re: Tillogram

@tyme @Till23

I don't get the 403 often - only maybe 3 times ever? But the times I have gotten it, it starts and then when it reconnects it then is intermittent for a while before it is reliable again 🤔. Last time it happened I "inspected" my browser consol for errors, yet it didn't seem to have any errors other (other than the non-authorised-access error, as would be expected with a real 403).

I don't envy the techs trying to figure out what is causing it in the backend lol. These types of intermitted reproducible bugs are the bane of a developers life!

Re: Tillogram

Yea @AlwaysMyself @Till23 ,

We are still trying to work it out. They can't look into it until we have more data to provide. According to @Till23 , it's still happening for them regularly which is a pain.

@Till23 , if you can capture the time it happens and provide the URL, can you send it through email to us at team@saneforums.org ? I know it's hard to get the HAR file.

Re: Tillogram

Yes @AlwaysMyself,, I know these intermittent things are hard to nail down.. I'll just see what happens,, I'm not worrying about it..

I hope you are well.. I hope the lead up to the trial is going well..

Re: Tillogram

Hi @tyme,, I hope you are well.. I have not really been on the forums much at all,, so I haven't captured any data or anything.. So sorry about that.. But,, it's not really a major concern for me,, it doesn't last for very long and then you can get back on.. So minor inconvenience..

I've only been logging on intermitently and briefly.. I am not sure what to do about continuing here..

.

I went to training today..

Re: Tillogram

I was just talking to Nightfury the other night about a segment on ABC radio. A professor was talking abot the power of mindfulness breathing activites to kerb anxiety. She went through the breathing gym that people do daily.

For now, Nightfuy and I are supporting each other to complete a Smiling Mind mindfulness exercise each night before going to bed. Feel free to join.

I believe there is an anxiety program @Till23 It must be so so hard being in that anxious state all the time. I really hope you find a way to feel better. Have you spoken to any drs about it?

It's totally okay if you haven't been able to log on here as much. We totally recognise that it's harder at times than others. Please don't feel bad about it at all!

We are sitting with you.

Re: Tillogram

Thanks for mentioning that @tyme.. I wonder if I am able find the program,, or segment of it,, if I search for it on the ABC site.. It can't hurt to do a bit of searching for the topic,, I might find other interesting things as well,, I suppose..

I have the Smiling Mind app,, but I must admit I haven't been using it.. Thanks for asking me to join in with your exercise using it,, but right now I'd feel a bit awkward joining in and I don't want to add to or cause anybody else discomfort.

.

Anyhow, sorry, I realise I am adding to your workload, which I'm sure you can do without, but thanks for your response.

Re: Tillogram

Awww hun, you're not adding to my workload at all @Till23 . Please don't think that.

I guess when I shared about Smiling mind, it was more a gentle reminder that it is there. No pressure at all to let me know or anyone. I just hope you find a way through this anxiety. I hear it's not easy.

Please know we are thinking of you.
