Tillogram

Hi All

@tyme @AuntGlow @Jynx @rav3n @MJG017 @NightFury @Shaz51 @MissGremlin @Appleblossom @Dimity and many others I have accidentally forgotten to tag

Just letting people know I am back safely from my trip.

I had a great trip, my sport event was brilliant and then I travelled a little bit.

Not sure how much engagement I will have with forums as only just returned to this cold weather!

I'm not sure what's been happening, but I hope everyone is well.

I hope you have a good evening

Re: Tillogram

Funny you should say that about Patience @Till23 ...was watching season 2 just before the tennis came on. It is not on IVIEW yet but it should not be far away.

I often have the tv on and my laptop going watching different sports at the same time LOL I am very susceptible to tripping or falling over a fur baby as I wander around the house watching sport on my laptop so I can do things at the same time. Last time I tripped over Toby I 'saved' the laptop but found a lot of bruises the next day 🤪 ...and my team did not even win!!!!!!!

I agree - Jelena is the best of ALL the commentators. I admire that woman so much - been through so much.

Re: Tillogram

@Till23 Naomi Osaka came out in a blue and yellow outfit - the yellow looked a bit like the tentacles of a jellyfish.

Re: Tillogram

Oh that's great news about Patience @Zoe7.

Oh no, tripping over dogs! I think I only managed to do that once in the 16 and a bit years I had them.

I don't watch TV on my laptop unless I am catching up on iView. I'm still pretty old school, watching the Tv at the actual programmed time!

Yes, not only has Jelena got through her father's antics, also all the trolls about her weight and she's just so perceptive with tennis and speaks well.

I did see Osaka in that outfit briefly, but I forgot about it.

I have sport training early omorrow so will need to get myself ready for that.

Thank you so much for chatting today, I really appreciate it.

Hi @AuntGlow.. Sorry I must have logged off before you sent your message yesterday.. So it's actually Monday today!. But my Sunday was not too bad, if a little hot, which I think was the case for most of Australia..

I was feeling "off kilter" prior to the psychologist cancelling. I feel it was a lot more intense than off kilter, but yes I am quite unwell, possibly the worst I've been since being on the forums.

As ever, I feel like I said too much in that post and should keep things to myself much more, but I think I was particularly low then.

Anyhow, I think I won't say much about those things, except I have re-arranged a psych appointment in a couple of weeks, but thanks for asking after me

That's okay, lovely! @Till23

Oh gosh, I am so sorry to hear that things are feeling this intense... do your feelings still feel focused around a sense of purpose and close connection?

You are always allowed to come here and share, it's important that you have support around you when you're feeling this way.

I am glad you will be seeing your psychologist again soon, but in the meantime, what could I do to support you and be there for you? 💛

Also, @Zoe7, thank you for sharing all that you have, how you are feeling is understandable. I know that with the recent changes things are feeling less connected, but please know we all care about you - very much. 🥹 @Zoe7 @Till23 @Shaz51

What might help to bridge the gap right now/allow you all to feel more held? 🫶

Re: Tillogram

That is not an easy question to answer under the current circumstances @AuntGlow but I would start by looking wider across the forums for posts/threads that have no response. We do see some threads/members receive a lot of continous support and others none. There has to be a limit on how much of our resources are put into some threads/members. I know there is a duty of care but that extends to all members. SANE forums is not a crisis service but is used by some as such.

Re: Tillogram

Hi @AuntGlow you have probably finished your shift by the time I logged in just now. I don't think I've seen you for a while, although I'm not on the forums much these days, so don't know if you've actually been away, or I just think that.

I went to training this morning, so that's why I didn't see your post until now

.

.

I continue to do my sport and a couple of other activities.

If you've been away, I hope you've had a good time, well I hope you're having a good time whatever you are doing. Maybe some shows this year, continuing to study and working.

All the best

Re: Tillogram

Hello @Till23🫶

How was training this morning?

And I hear you. What made them feel heavy for you?

Hey, it's okay. You're allowed to still notice that these themes are prominent for you - there's no judgement. I get it and I really want to be there for you throughout this journey. 🥰

Another volunteer opportunity sounds great - what could that look like?

Thank you for your encouragement, Till. ✨
