Tillogram

Hi All

@tyme @AuntGlow @Jynx @rav3n @MJG017 @NightFury @Shaz51 @MissGremlin @Appleblossom @Dimity and many others I have accidentally forgotten to tag

Just letting people know I am back safely from my trip.

I had a great trip, my sport event was brilliant and then I travelled a little bit.

Not sure how much engagement I will have with forums as only just returned to this cold weather!

I'm not sure what's been happening, but I hope everyone is well.

Re: Tillogram

Hey, Till 💖

I can hear that things are feeling overwhelming tonight, so know that we are here with you.

Please remember that you are absolutely allowed to take some time for yourself and come back when you are ready. You don't have to remove this thread (unless you really want to!).

I know it's hard to believe positive affirmations when we are feeling this way - I can hear your inner child is feeling very vulnerable tonight and I would like to let her know that she is enough, we appreciate her so much, and she is allowed to show up in whatever way feels right for her.

In the meantime, please take care of you.

We will be here when you decide to reconnect and I am certain the people you have resonated with will be so happy to hear from you as well.

I am always here if you would like to talk things out further, okay? Big hugs. @Till23

Re: Tillogram

Thanks @Shaz51 for all the non-stop, open support that you give to everyone on the forums. I'm not sure, but I think you may be doing this on a completely voluntary basis. Anyhow you are the real star of the forums. You are open and accepting of everyone, posting lots of social threads, birthdays, messages of support and sunny chat and positive attitude. You deserve so many accolades.

There are problems with the forums, such as the triage system, the uneven distribution of PSWs - where some members have lots of interactions, while other members who may be in as much distress languish. You just post where you see people posting and that means that some of the "missed" people get some interaction.

You were one of the first people I chatted to an the forums, so it's kind of fitting that you'll probably be the last. It's been an hounour chatting to you.

I wish you all the best with caring for your husband and family and with all your own health problems. I wish you all the best.

Re: Tillogram

Well @Shaz51 there's two different things I can think about that, one is that you are an awesome person, which I know to be true. The other is that you should be compensated, you use a LOT of your time and Lived Experience on here to help other people.

Re: Tillogram

@Till23 And remember we are here for you too. Giving you as much support as you need.

I know there’s problems with triage system. I have to learn more if the peer supporters tags. It would be good if there was just a tag at peer support so we could reach out to any on shift.

I totally agree regarding @Shaz51 I had no idea they were a volunteer and I do think they ought to be compensated. They have literally done this for 10 years and her threads are literal lifesavers.

Re: Tillogram

Aww thank you 😊 @Cuddlebear , @Till23 😍

That is an idea 💡 @Cuddlebear

Like when we tag @moderator , we get who is on shift at that time ( sorry @Honeymoon )

We could do the same here with @PWS,

But I like tagging them individually as it feels more friendly and personal @AuntGlow , ect

Re: Tillogram

Good to know that tagging individual mods makes it more personal @Shaz51 . Upon thinking about it, I think I have to agree as well as the general @moderator just goes to anyone.

Re: Tillogram

I agree to both ideas @tyme 😊
