Now she's getting her team onto helping me find a service that can support me or a psychologist that is completely bulkbilled." - How the universe works in mysterious ways!! Thats good about the random call. I really hope they are able to find you some support. You definitely deserve it.

@AuntGlowit was a completely out of the blue phone call at just the right time. She's getting her team to ring around tomorrow to find if any of the bulk billed psychologists she's found have capacity to take me on and then we'll go from there. I'm keeping everything crossed aswell, I just want to get some support.

Tonight I'm trying to keep connected here but since yesterday I haven't been getting any email notifications from sane so it's making it hard. Today's been hard with SI and urges to SH (I'm safe) but I've been watching movies, I had a nap and I've got double puppy cuddles happening aswell.

I turned off email notifications as I was getting spammed with notifications from all kind of threads that I hadn’t participated in and notifications from people I didn’t even know. I was getting around 60 a day and not getting ones that were for me. @Jynx
