Morning @MissGremlin

I had a bit of a rough night with multiple bad dreams. My morning is moving slowly. It's pouring with rain here, and I've just finished my book. I need to feed Luna and myself and have a shower and I could do with another coffee.

How are things over there, my friend?

@NightFury sorry to hear it was a rough night sweet. It was raining here earlier a little but the last 3 days it's been pouring regularly. Well done for finishing your book, having something to eat is a good idea and I'm sure Luna will agree. A shower and another cuppa sounds perfect.

I'm feeling really blah today, I feel nauseous and my tummy doesn't seem to be happy, my nose is also slightly dodgy. But I've stripped my bed and washed the bedding which is now in the dryer, put a roast on and cleaned my toilet. I'm sitting down for 5 minutes, meant to be with a cuppa but I've boiled the kettle 3 times and I still don't have a cuppa in my hands 😂.

It sounds like you've had a busy morning @MissGremlin well done on getting the jobs done. I've got a few housework jobs to do today, but I think I'll use the weather as an excuse to have a bit of a rest day.

Thankyou sweet @NightFury, I reckon the weather makes for a perfect excuse to have a rest day and you definitely deserve it.

I've just used a break in the rain to fill the wood box, let Luna have a wander in the backyard and hang up some washing @MissGremlin I know the washing will get wet as it rains again, but I'd rather it be on the line than sitting around wet in the washing basket.

Next job is coffee and feeding me.

@NightFury you've done well to do those things while there was a break in the rain. The washing will dry eventually, it might just get a few extra washes first 😂.

I did finally make a cuppa and I'm sitting with it now, it's hot so I'm drinking it slowly.

And yes, wet washing goes stinky in the basket and you have to wash it again. I don't have time for that...or motivation for that, so nature can wash it again for me.

@NightFury you most definitely can, I always enjoy our cuppas together ☺️.

I agree, it's horrible if it gets left in the basket. Washing it once is hard enough let alone having to do it again.

Thank you for the company @MissGremlin coffee and toasties are made, so now I just have to enjoy them.

I feel like I've complained about this before, but there are so many steps to doing the washing...you have to wash it, hang it out, get it in, fold it, put it away. I hate it. Lol.

Haha yes, way too many steps if you ask me 😂. Putting it in is ok but it's the hanging it out and folding it up that I struggle with.

Casper is good, he's snuggled up next to me keeping me warm.
