@Captain24 it did bring a smile to my face. I've just grabbed my diamond art while I'm sitting on my kitchen floor.

Must have been a relief for a moment. However fleeting. @MissGremlin diamond art while you are sitting there sounds good. Comfort and distraction.

The kids next door keep hitting the fence and the dogs keep going out and barking at them. Pix has had enough and wouldn’t stop barking at them. It’s driving me crazy.

@Captain24 yes it was a very brief moment. It's not the same sitting down here as it is when I'm on my bed though.

Oh that is so annoying. I get the same here with the kid next door, she hits a ball into the fence repeatedly. So can understand how much it drives one crazy.

Oh it frustrates me and then the dogs frustrate me even more. It’s nothing for these kids to be outside play at 9-10 at night. That’s really hard when I’m trying to sleep and the dogs keep running out and barking!

@Captain24 yes my back is aching sitting on the floor doing it but I don't want to move. It's getting there, I've got like the last strip to go.

I'm glad Casper doesn't really bark at much. That's the same here, the kid next door is out until late usually jumping on her trampoline and the sound of the springs drives me nuts. It's like have some respect for neighbours.

I wanted to share a little win, well to me it feels like a win. This morning I was sitting in bed and I got the thought of 'I want to go for a walk', in that moment o was ready to get up and go but then my anxiety kicked in and all the thoughts of 'what are you thinking, you can't do it, it's not going to happen, don't even try' went through my head. So I stayed in my bed until I had to go to the shops. Anyway fast forward to tonight and I was sitting on my kitchen floor and had that same thought but this time a little different cos it was 'I'm going to go for a walk' and I did it, I put Caspers harness on and off we went. It was a hard walk as 2 people went past that I knew and I just felt uncomfortable within myself but I did it regardless.

That is a huge win! @MissGremlin. Even thinking of it this morning is a win with just the thought. But actually doing it tonight is amazing. I get the feeling awkward but they may have to.
