Thankyou @AlwaysMyself sweet ❤️. That's exactly right, my niece in December had reached out for support only days before she took her life, but she was told there was no available appointments. The system is beyond broken and is failing those that need support the most.

Having that someone safe can make a world of difference whether it's talking or just sitting quietly but not being alone.

Fingers crossed for a good solid sleep for you too @ENKELI , and one that lasts a bit longer than 230am.

Luna and I have just gotten back from our morning walk and I'm about to head off to work.

Things are feeling really heavy, today is going to be tough. Once I've done my things this morning I think I'll be laying on my lounge and having snuggles with Casper for the rest of the day.

When you need connection but don't have the words to communicate. I've never been ikn this space before and it's scary, my body doesn't feel like it's in my control, my thoughts don't feel like my own. Everything is shifting and I don't know how to make sense of it or put it into words to say what's happening. I'm safe but stuck frozen and unable to move just sitting on my kitchen floor with Casper next to me.

I think I know how you are kinda feeling. Just like the world is going on around you and you are just going through the motions. Feel nothing. Just stuck and can’t move or do anything. Not motivation or energy. Everything takes so much longer to do.

@Captain24 yes! This really is new territory for me but I'm navigating it alone as I have noone to support me through it (I'm safe). Casper was trying to get me to play and I just couldn't, it was frustrating me so much 😞
