I feel so alone. It’s really crap. I don’t even know myself anymore. I don’t like myself. I feel I’m just heading headfirst into my own undoing.

@MyLifesJourney it's hard to feel like you don't know yourself anymore. I understand not liking yourself, I feel like that too. Have you considered going to a gp to get some referrals to see a counsellor/psychologist?

I can hear that you're in a very hard spot right now and it can be hard to pull yourself out of that, particularly when you're alone, but you've taken a huge step in reaching out here today. We're here with you

Just a quick forums tip too: When you want to reply to someone you can tag them by hitting the "@" button which will bring up a list of suggested usernames. This ensures that they get notified of your response. You'll know it's worked when the username comes up in blue like this: @Former-Member

Hi @Former-Member . I can’t see someone about how I’m feeling because if anyone was to find out, I would jeopardise my career and my future.
