I wish people knew how often I'm in a triggered state, it feels like everywhere, how much it takes to just function, when simply being normal is a trigger. My unit is clean and it's terrifying because I can't hear people come in! might find a little bell for my door

I have a meeting coming up that terrifies me... I plan on sharing a piece of poetry that may just change our friendship...

She found it hard to believe that I'm scared of church and I want to tell her why, but rather I wrote it and want to see her response as she reads it... I hope she takes it ok, I hope she believes me...

Not before this weird old lady approached me in supermarket and told me that I'm from a foreign country and asked me all these questions that were none of her business and completely freaked me out
