Looking to nature for wellbeing

Looking to nature for wellbeing

Being outside and enjoying green spaces and fresh air feels good and can improve our mental health .I certainly feel better after a nature walk but it's hard to get there.

Maybe we need a virtual space to share information and experiences

Such beautiful weather @Shaz51

I just went for a quick stroll around the neighbourhood and made friends with a sweet little cat who had the cutest snaggletooth. Nothing like getting outdoors on a nice day to give you a mood boost 🌻

@Dimity

Well done on getting your flowers in the garden. I know you have been meaning to do that for a little while. It’s so lovely to get your hands in the dirt

Re: Looking to nature for wellbeing

Thanks @Oaktree . Now they'll need some TLC for a while.

Love the moths @Jynx . I always hoped to see a goat moth - they're huge I've seen the empty pupae after they've emerged.

Re: Looking to nature for wellbeing

@Dimity actually had to google that one - I have totally seen the pupae around, I think I even have a couple! And I think I've seen em in real life too - really BIG CHONKERS hey! Nice to know what they are 😊

@Shaz51 aww I wish! Nah just seen photos, coolest moth I've seen in person.... hmmmm hard to pick! But considering how big they are, and that one has even landed on me before, maybe the goat moth hahaha
