Hi guys,

So I have this idea for a cook along. So once a fortnight or so I will look up an easy recipe on YouTube. Then whoever fancies having a go cooks it and posts pictures of what your creations ended up looking like. The idea is to have fun and not expect perfection.

Here is the first recipe. Your mission if you choose to accept it is to post pictures by Sunday 24th March 2024. That way it will encompass everyone’s paydays. It looks pretty simple and you probably already have some ingredients in your pantry. Good luck and tag others in. Thanks guys…

I am making focaccia. I decided to try something a little different and put the herbs and some garlic powder in the dough. I usually put herbs and minced garlic on top. Hope it works out. The dough smells yummy!

it was pork had it with frozen chips in air-fryer, sauerkraut and packet gravy.was supposed to be 'leg' but very odd, bony cut, bit more like shoulder

creamed corn was one of those things thought should like, but didnt. guess doesnt help just eating it from the can lol. guess would go a treat in chowder etc @Oaktree @Appleblossom

just had a snack on pork, way better meat than where I took it from b4.

Think will cook cabbage to finish it off. got one rotting in fridge and sauerkraut bit too much when lazy and dont rinse it like me lol
