Morning appointment with psych was really tough. She stopped desensitization after about ten minutes because I was too distressed Did have a minor breakthrough - we both realised that I can relax more when listening to relaxation music without commentary or words - haven't been able to relax like that before - nearly fell asleep!

Did feel sick and had a massive headache for the rest of the day.

Saw GPin the afternoon and as usual came out more positive and with a bit of life in me - she's an absolute angel.

Hoping for you it is nothing serious. Easy for me to say don't stress until you find out - know that is difficult, know I would think the worst even if my head said there was nothing to worry about. xxx

I make a good little sis and mum @Zoe7

I don't think you told me about you being physically unwell, I totally understand. Your physical health really impacts your mental health. When I started to recovery its been the exercise that has helped me the most. I think I told you when I was first became unwell, I couldn't walk around the block, and I have come a long way since then. I also had a liver infection, and that made me really tired and that was the end of 2013 and begining 2014. I do understand impact of having an infection. My mum's infection was very serious she was very unwell in hospital and I am quite lucky to still have her.

I doubt Kira will ever want to leave home, she is too well feed. I think dogs should be spoiled.

I have christmas drink ready 😛

You make a GREAT little sis and mum and the most amazing friend anyone could ever dream of

I really have to get some sleep now -will have to start the preparations and cooking for lunch in about 6 hours time.

Will leave 'puter turned on and online in the morning so we can chat ( if you have time) throughout the morning.

My wish for you as you try and sleep tonight - may you find happiness, good health and inner peace and all your hopes and dreams come true.

Sending all my love to a very, very special person - my little sister, my friend

Hope you had some sleep for your drive today lit sis @Former-Member

If you haven't left yet drive safely and hope you have a great day with your family (and your Mum is doing ok). If you have already left (and get this later) hope your day was fun and filled with joy and happiness and your family is all ok.

Merry Christmas (again) buddy to you and Kira.

Lots of Love

Your Big Sis Zoe7 and Toby

What a lovely relationship you both have here @Zoe7@Former-Member, so very special. Hope you are both having a wonderful Christmas. I am thinking of you both.

I have known you for awhile now @Former-Member and I have to say I am so thrilled and proud of the beautiful, caring soul you are growing into (always were, just getting better by the day!). And one day everything is going to fall into place for you; your heart exploding in peace and happiness. It will be all worth the struggle - for you and me. Sending lots of love to you both 💕

It is a pretty special relationship we have developed. Feel so lucky and privileged to have a new little sis. She's one in a million (or even more)!

@Former-Member

Hope you have had a great day. Family finally left about 4pm (long day). Then I took Toby to the beach (again - that's 3 days in a row - wow!!!). Might take him tomorrow after Mum's birthday lunch also. Was very, very tired but needed my 'happy place'.

Probably won't be up too late tonight (and probably won't need any help sleeping - can barely stay awake now). Catch up on your day later - hope your Mum is doing better today.

Hugs to you all (can barely lift my arms up but for you I'll manage it).

Luv your big sis - and the really exhausted Toby

Thankd for your message sis @Zoe7

It was a bit of rush today, I woke up late this morning and then just got ready to drive down to my parents. I only spend today with my parents and brother and I will see more of the family over the next week. My eldest brother and sister in law are over in the states atm, my brother loves the NFL so they travel over there so my brother can watch the Green Bay Packers.

I truly hope you had a great time with your family too. Sending you lots of love, peace and joy. Merry Chrsitmas to you and Toby.

Lots of love always
