Hi @Zoe7 I am glad you got to the beach today, I bet Toby loved it there. Give him a pat from me. I hope you had a good day. Kira eyes are still the same - she goes to vet tomorrow. I gave her a bath this afternoon and afterwards took her for a long walk. I have been to bunnings today and I got a new hose, hose spry and orchid plant & pot and some tea light holders. I think I'll go back next week and get a outdoor 3 piece set and whatever else I can think of next week that I need.

I've just had dins dins - grilled salmon and salad. I am back to eating healthy- what did u have for din dins? I am waiting to watch the great outdoors. I am going to be writing some things for my specialist, I think I'll have a early night.

He is absolutely exhausted. He actually played with some other dogs today - and in the water. He was sooo dirty!!! Gave him a wash before we got in the car and he slept all the way home. I was going to give him a bath and shampoo when we got home but he is so tired I am just letting him sleep. He gets really cold if he has a bath when he is tired because he doesn't run around to dry himself.

Is Kira having her annual shots tomorrow also?

You are supposed to be saving some money for Hawaii - don't spend too much! I spent heaps today. Got a temporary back for my phone - just until the new one comes. Bought 2 candles - a sea mist and a crackling patchouli (it actually crackles as it burns).

I had a small pizza from Banjos before we went to the beach. I'm just going to have some strawberries and kiwi fruit tonight. I wish I'd had the salmon and salad - I love salmon - might have that tomorrow night with some rice and steamed vegies (probably my favourite meal)

Are you watching the great outdoos or the great getaway?

I'm putting a 10:30 limit on myself tonight - didn't go to bed until 4:30 last night and struggled to get up this morning. So early night is a great idea.

Don't know what happened last night - stupid technology!!!!

Managed to message you from my phone 'cos had bookmarked thread but couldn't get navigate around on my computer. Gave up and went to bed - was starting to get really frustrating!

Hope you had some sleep - but knowing you - probably not much. Good to hear that you slept in for a while yesterday morning though.

Did you get your list for therapist done today? Hope your appointment goes well. What time do you go?
