I'm good sis. I'm in the middle of doing things and I'll write back later today- it will be after dinner though. Kira get a good report from the vet. He said she looks good for a ten year old, she behaves more like a two year old- full of beans.

I had my specialist appointment- it went well today

I am going to do a day program at the hospital every Friday

Just returned home - the beach was beautiful tonight - the water was so warm - I could habe nearly went swimming!!!

I am glad you enjoyed the beach with Toby, how warm was the water today? I don't think it would be warm enough for me- its really here on the Gold Coast.

Art therapy - I nearly fell of my chair with laughter That's not because I don't think you can do it or that it won't be good for you to do, but I remember you saying you weren't very good at it - so that really made me laugh!

I'm going to look for a new pic - maybe a couple of butterflies flying freely - just like we will be one day How does that sound (you know I love butterflies) or a couple of dolphins as well - what do you think?

It's been a lovely day here today - supposed to be about the same tomorrow. The water was very warm - it has to be for me to even think about getting in (then I won't get out!). My sister and her fiance have asked me to go to their block near the beach (a different beach than where I go) tomorrow night for a BBQ. I said probably yes but see for sure tomorrow.

What colour orchid and pot did you get at Bunnings?

When I was writing my post, I was thinking of you, and I thought it would give you a laugh. I am always thinking of others. She did have a whole list of day programs, and the one I wanted to do is on a Monday but I am at the zoo. I can always do that later though

I think perhaps you should pick a profile picture that you like or something that is symbolic of you. I actually like both. I never really thought of the butterflies before until you mention it now for a profile picture and plus I know you love them too. I have in past had tops with butterflies on them, and I loved it.

I am glad the weather was nice & sunny for you today. Hopefully another sunny day tomorrow. I think the BBQ sounds good- go out and enjoy yourself- you don't have to stay for hours on end. Do what ever you feel comfortable doing though.

What was the program you wanted to do?

I know you are always thinking of others - I really love that about you but also know how much you can be let down when you do that! So don't want that for you ever again in your life. You are very special and deserve to be treated as such

I'm not sure whether I will go tomorrow night - I'll see what kind of mood they are both in first. It will only be us three and the dogs - they are going to stay for the night. I don't want to get in the middle of their disagreements. If they are both at each other when I get there then it is a long way back home. I am getting much better at asking them to stop but will have to see if I'm in the right headspace todo that tomorrow.

What are you upto tomorrow?

@Zoe7 Thanks- there was only a few to choose from. I think I mentioned yesterday I'll go back during the week and get some more indoor plants.

I don't have any plans for tomorrow but I do have to go to the chemist, and the rest of the day I'll just see how I feel. Most likely I'll go to the pool tomorrow.

I wish we could hang out that would be awesome sis.
