Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Therapy for myself is another rant all together, decided today my pdoc is a total w@#%&r, dont know why I have put up with it for so long other than too hard to change.

Dont know @Anony18, just lying quitly resisting the negative thoughts as gently as I can. No point fighting them only makes things worse.

Understandable @Determined. I think it's really bad as I have developed a bad habit of watching a show before I fall asleep. It's only way shut my brain off but saying that for me staying asleep is the issue 😔
