Hi all

been awhile since i post in this group. I would like to thank everyone who responded to my post , i quit posting due to fear. My life went through full 360 turn. From hoping my ex would get help and live a quiet life to running away from him . I ended up in a women refuge , start life all over again to getting back to him have the same cycle to leaving him again and loose him from his illness. Its been 3 yrs since he lost his battle with his MI. Up until now i feel im kinda responsible for his passing for not being there. Im married now and the trauma is still here. I do pray my ex have his oeace he needed. And that me and the rest he left behind can move on and overcome the trauma of Mi to our family.

Hi @Maryjune it sounds as though the past few years have brought a lot of heaviness and hard times. I'm glad that you've felt able to post again here and I hope that this can feel like a safe space for you again.
