Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Hello @PeppiPatty, over here my special friend xx

Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

Things are actually ok here at the moment @Former-Member, would take very little to blow up again but actually smiling at the moment. Actually got a thankyou for the yard work. Go with the flow is actually a good analogy at the moment. Just sitting here doing somthing for myself for 5 min and the anxiety is starting to ramp up again 😖

The hot and cold does my head in.

Good work @Determined, nice to get things tidied up a bit. I am thankful Mr Darcy does not have the hot and cold (PD is in his Dx mix but not BPD). Think he is ready to head out now so better run.

@Shaz51 would it be okay if I could gently encourage you to do something for yourself this week?
