Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Hello @PeppiPatty, over here my special friend xx

Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

@Anony18, forgot to ask you previously what MIA means (not up with all these abbreviations)

Hi @Former-Member ..... 😊💕

MIA is usually "Missing In Action" .... a label used for soldiers who are unaccounted for in the wake of a battle until their whereabouts are established - fallen, captured, or AWOL (Absent WithOut Leave meaning they have run away from the conflict and are in hiding from being court-marshalled).

Thanks @Faith-and-Hope

We have meltdown hoping my coping skills are going to hold.
The mouse appeared in our kitchen, we thought it was dead. Mr Darcy went to take it out and it started squealing. The hounds were excited, jumping up and went out the door with him - unfortunately the chooks were free ranging nearby. Whippets + fur or feathers = the chase is on. They for the rooster, it escaped under a bush probably injured and we cannot find it. Mr Darcy is beside himself crying, blaming himself for not going out the other door.

Thanks Bro
Would it be bit crass for me to be thankful that times are not so tough that consideration of having roast chook for tea is not required @Determined

Good morning @Shaz51, how are you and Mr Shaz going at the moment? trust things are steady for you both,

@Anony18, thinking of you also at the moment, trust things go well for you and that you can be ok with how things turn out, thinking of you.

Everyone else, thinking of you all and trust you are well,
