Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

I have a cartoon for every occasion on my phone.

Our dogs and chooks don't mix at all, whippets are sight hounds so anything furred or feathered is st risk ... they have sadly got a couple of chooks when the girls decided to free range in our home yard, they have also brought in some young hares. I do like the thought of being frugal, but I was not tempted by the protein on offer, particularly DIY.

Hi, I am good thanks. Taking things day by day.
Honestly I wish I hadve known about forums such as this years ago. Having the feeling of people who understand without judgment is so relieving, before hand it was a feeling of overwhelming stress and feeling like I had to explain my reasoning to 'so called mates' about my support for my partner.

yes I went for years until my husband ended up in hospital and that is when I found the forumnearly 2 years ago

I didnt relized Ihad gone through 2 carers burnouts before finding this forum . I am soo glad I found it , it has helped me a lot to help my hubby

he still has his ups and downs daily but not like before

Glad you're having a relaxing afternoon.
Doing the same here!

Had a really good day yesterday, but I ended up having a little melt down last night when we got home. I have my own medical issues that my partner supports me with, and although it doesn't really affect me too much at the moment, I know it will in the future. Sometimes just gets a bit much for me when I start thinking about it.
My partner was wonderful though, I often worry when I get upset like that, that it will trigger him off. But he stayed strong.
