My appt has been cancelled until next week now

We did some trimmings for mum today , she is worried about her health tonight and does not want to go back to hospital , fingers crossed xx

My MIL has a very bad back pain , blood tests today and tomorrow

Mr shaz is anxious about work and the lack of work

@Shaz51 do you think Mum might have another blockage?

BPii + anxiety = 😬

Would Mr Shaz be amenable to self help strategies to help with his anxiety?
