Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

That's if you are not completely bald @Determined

Haha @Former-Member pleased to say while my hair is a lighter shade to what it used to be there is still plenty of it.

Although I must confess I dont cut it as short as I used to after seeing a pic of myself online. Due to the 'lighter shade' it looked as though I was bald. (Bad lighting was my excuse)

Couldn't resist Bro ... I know a dude that has the bald look, I am sure he thinks that by doing this people would not notice his underlying natural monk style hair @Determined

Good nutrition is always beneficial, sometimes takes a while for visible results to be seen.

I hope I have not discouraged you - was meant to be words of encouragement but I don't think that message was conveyed.

It is difficult when we are making an effort and results are not apparent, but looking after ourselves with healthy eating is worthwhile and very good for us.
