she has been putting the aircon on more now and earlier which is good

My inlaws have aircon but rarely use it, poor Dad gets in trouble for using a little 12v fan because it might use too much power. Its nit like they cant afford to use it.

Yes @Former-Member, before mum had her mayor surgery,she was reluctant to use air con , but now she uses it more now , my mum is a tough lady , if she goes to the hospital or doctor it means she is realllllyyyy sick

Going ok here @Shaz51, you easing back into work? I went to the dentist today, had the remains of a tooth taken out. Something I've been needing to do for a while, starting to get the self care happening.

@Sanatorium23 How did you go with your love and doc? Do you accompany your love to his appts? I have been going into gp appts, at the end of pdoc session and in with case worker since Mr D attempted. I am not sure whether I should start to hang back a little as he has steadied a lot. I am reluctant to with his next appt as he had a lot of problems since last appt and a monitoring threshold has been crossed - this could mean a significant med change, Mr D has no idea of side effects and the appropriate questions to ask - he relies on me for this. (His diagnosis is bipolar ii + -however, there iis not consensus in the treating team in relation to this).
