Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

Have flagged Mr D's weight gain for his next pdoc appt and have given shirt size info - from size L/XL now 3XL - realised it is something Mr D is not comfortable bringing up himself. He just reckons they will tell hm to exercise. I have found out that one of the drug he is on has a slow release version that is said to reduce side effects significantly so have raised that too.

my special friend @Shaz51 is going to giggle when I say this but please remember to self care.

Tonight.....when we were home at 5pm.........literally not able to move from the big day......a friend came over and Mr g was being his au natural ......un insightful talk to me.......she went out the back and was crying. She said "I know Mr g does'nt mean it but I've been treatedso badly in my past, it reminds me of that. We sat together and we spoke about self care for a long time and Mr G's state of mind......

Self care - might try a new recipe today, something I enjoy - how about you?

@Shaz51 waiting on date for appt, last one postponed due to surgery, but hoping within a fortnight.

The plan was to be at uni all weekend while my darling and boys went to visit my mum for her birthday. (Has just arrived home from an overseas trip).

Decided this morning to take the morning off and go to mums with the family. Have worked 12 days straight. Self care probably important about now,

No wonder your darling is missing you, as I suspect the little fellow would be. Enjoy time with the family Bro, can I suggest consideration be given to a regular date night? With all blokes in the house your Mrs might appreciate some personal attention.
