Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Hello @PeppiPatty, over here my special friend xx

Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

Hope not too hot @Shaz51, nice to have company for lunch. It has not gone unnoticed that you are doing physical work when you have all these aches and pains

Hello Everybody @Former-Member @Shaz51 @Former-Member @Determined @Faith-and-Hope

Still waiting for my ex husband to respond on document.

Hope you are all coping.

My son phoned again today. It was great to hear his voice.

I decided I needed to put a week's boundary on gf insistence on being in the middle of everything that does not really concern her.

She has had plenty of love, professional encouragement, in house feeding and accomodation, attention to her specific demands and physical affection. SO when I ask for a simple week without her in my home in order to be able to put in place my son's health care team, she was too quick to answer we will see what my son wants. I feel wary about her.

I discussed it with my Carer's psychologist who also has some mandate to treat me as a person too.
