Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Thanks @Faith-and-Hope

Yes - I need to remember that. I think it is easy to forget when we are so focussed on someone else's wellbeing. We end up thinking that your feelings etc are less important somehow, or can be put on hold. This I think can be destructive in itself.

Yes .... anyone high-empath in nature twnds to fall into that trap, and it's not about being a door-mat ..... it's simply that you can overlook yourself and forget to apply self-empathy ......

Here's a visual on that ..... remember to deal yourself a hand of cards at the table too .....

Oh dear @Shaz51
All these other things can add stress, exacerbating anxiety. Are you able to see your way clear to engage in some self care to help buffer things if needed?

@Shaz51

the old saying when it rains it pours

just when you think that you have seen it all then .....

you don't need to explain what the situation with children is about on here..

hopefully your children are aware just how much pressure you are both already under and how much your health is being affected

I have been in the situation where information was withheld from me due to my health and situation with son at the time...I thanked them and also explained that I do want to know..it did make a difference knowing that they had my best interests at heart though

do take it easy both of you xx
