Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Hello @PeppiPatty, over here my special friend xx

Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

I'm pretty good @Shaz51. Had a flotation tank experience this morning, going to yoga a bit later and am having dinner out with the kids tonight.

Hello @Former-Member , @soul, @Former-Member, @Determined. @Faith-and-Hope, @Owlunar, @Former-Member, @JoJo99, @Jo, @Rose96, @Appleblossom, @PeppiPatty, @Former-Member, @Former-Member, @NikNik

@Former-Member, I am trying to find the comment you said about fear , I can not find it but it is true about the fear of something happening again , how do you go over that and to go forward without thinking that something may happen again

I think it stops you from going forward and makes you think what if it happens again , I have being overthinking about this my friends , and is there a point of overcaring to a point that is no good

how do you get yourself back but still be caring , I know I am overthinking a lot this weekend , @Former-Member, @Former-Member, i think i need some direction in this

My mum has brought some interesting points about this to my attention @Mazarita

@Shaz51

Said the child to the Master

"I fear the outcome"

Said the Master to the child

"Yes, but the outcome will be the same, with or without your fear"
