Hi @Shaz51

Had to smile when you mentioned Mr Shaz and the lawn mower. Mr Darcy and any piece of gardening equipment is trouble... even the sturdiest of mowers has not lasted long at our place.

Hello all carers xx

Ohhh my special friend @PeppiPatty

- I know there are some thread I have not been on yet xx

I am sorry @PeppiPatty, @Decadian, , @Former-Member, @Faith-and-Hope, @Appleblossom

The last 2 weeks have been soooo big with Mr shaz with kidney stones, my mum in hospital, me with the flu

so today was my first day out of the house this week with the flu and I am tired again this afternoon

had a good talk with @Former-Member on topic tuesday and she thinks i am having a carers burnout and @CherryBomb has she is not surprised with what has been happening lately

and then Mr shaz said I might need some meds to help me

I did see my doctor about it @Faith-and-Hope and she said " Let`s get over all this first " and then we will see if you need any Meds to help you

With delicate kidney I would listen to the doctor and go slow about self prescribing.

Take care @Shaz51 we all benefit from your general cheeriness .. but there has been a lot going on.

Hi @Shaz51

All that Shaz - would not make for an easy week - I am amazed what people can cope with at times

I had the feeling you had a kidney stone/s - but I am not sure - do both of you have them? If you do you would have to put the kidney stone problem first I guess - and then add the flu

What a handful - and Mr Shaz thinks you need medication - well - if you have kidney stones you might but I don't know enough about them - they are incredibly painful though I know

I hope your Mum is okay and I take it that you are getting over the flu - and also there is Mr Shaz -

Wow - that is enough to make one week too much

Take care of yourself first I would say - hopefully - yeah - I think when my son was alive I had constant carer's burnout - but that was not something ever considered then - back in the 1980s

Thinking of you - lots of gentle hugs
