i saw the Gp today and he told me I should not be working sooo hard , soo see the kidney specialist tomorrow

Finished up a more positive day in the Determined house.
Started off with the usual tension, in keeping with the new boundaries I declined to engage in a negative phone discussion which went poorly at the time but this afternoon we went for a walk together and visited darlings parents (next door) and have managed some positive discussions.

Working on a commitment for spending more couple time and family time. 🙂
It is only early days in the boundaries stakes and I am confident there will be plenty of fireworks in coming weeks/ months but am feeling more positive at the moment. The biggest hurdle for me will be to remain consistent. I have already felt the urge to back-peddle when pressure increases.
