@Sunnyside226 sounds very confusing - if it does become really distressing please do reach out for some support - you can call the Sane line tomorrow or book in to chat to a GP about it - especially if it increases in frequency and/or intensity.

@Sunnyside226 yeah you've been through a LOT over the past few weeks! I think it's very normal to have the urge to run away, to have a lot of tears and to feel like you're having a break down. I'm really glad you found the forums amongst it all so that we could be there for you. And get to chat with you and get to know you!

How could you have expected it to happen? I think it's normal to have an idea of something, think we can jump right on into it, only to find that it's completely different and find ourselves totally overwhelmed.
