Sorry to hear you're feeling so off today. Do you have ways that help you express your anger, get some release and relief? Cannot recommend enough that screaming into a pillow is really quite an excellent method. Might feel a little silly at first but getting a good, primal scream out can do wonders.
I'm pretty good, a little frazzled but just taking things one step at a time 😊
