@Jynx @RiverSeal no it's obviously not okay to feel anything or do anything everyone thinks all I do is harm the kids which I haven't and that's all everyone thinks of me
I feel shit for doing the plan with my friend but I can't handle everyone telling me I am hurting them
Once they gone with her I am out too
I am crying I might just disappear

I'm sorry that you are feeling like this @Sunnyside226 and we know that you were doing a great job with the kids and managing your own MH as well. It was a big responsibility and you demonstrated courage and how brave you are.
Maybe once the kids are no longer your responsibility and are with your friend you will feel better. What do you think you will do tonight?

@Sunnyside226 Honestly hun you've had just waaayyy too much on your shoulders - it's no wonder you're so stressed and needed to make this plan. It might feel shitty now, and your brain might be telling you that you failed or something else nasty like that - but your brain would be wrong. @RiverSeal is right, we all know you were doing the best you could in a really heavy situation.

To be honest I am angry and suicidal because I am sick of people always saying I am harming kids doing this you know what it's no one's business what I do as I have told Tyme I would never hurt kids but once you push me I lose my cool and yes I did today when @tyme is back I want to talk to them no where everyone can see
