@Sunnyside226 honestly that sounds like a good idea - so long as you drive safely and don't get lost in the woods! But a ripper of a scream can do wonders, like a primal release of pent up feelings and frustrations.
You are absolutely allowed feelings! Never let anyone tell you otherwise! So much stigma and so many harmful notions about humans having feelings, but everyone has them and everyone deserves to be able to express them.
If you email the team (team@saneforums.org) then I will be able to see it. If you want tyme to answer I can make sure that the email is filed away for them to read it when they're next online.
